• License information: License key and instance ID used to authenticate your subscription.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics data collected via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with our website (page views, session duration, referral source).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Ninjalens is designed with privacy as a core principle. The following data is explicitly never collected or stored by us:

• Your GA4 analytics data or your clients' GA4 data
• Your Gemini API key or Google credentials
• Your Slack Webhook URLs
• Any personal data belonging to your clients or end users
• Contents of AI-generated reports

All GA4 data processing occurs within your own Google Account. Your Gemini API key is stored only in your Google Spreadsheet and is never transmitted to Ninjalens servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and maintain the Service
• To verify license validity and prevent unauthorized use
• To send transactional emails (license keys, receipts) via LemonSqueezy
• To respond to support inquiries
• To improve the Service based on anonymous usage analytics

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• LemonSqueezy — payment processing, license management, and affiliate tracking. LemonSqueezy is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment transactions. Their affiliate script is loaded on this website solely to enable our affiliate program, which allows partners to earn commissions by referring customers. This script does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to attribute referrals and does not set tracking cookies in a way that requires GDPR consent. Subject to LemonSqueezy's Privacy Policy.
• Google Apps Script — the runtime environment for the Service. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — AI analysis. Your API key is used directly by your own Google Account. We have no access to your Gemini usage or data.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other tracking or advertising scripts on this website. We intentionally limit third-party scripts to what is strictly necessary to operate and monetize the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and license information for as long as your subscription is active, and for up to 12 months after cancellation for accounting and fraud prevention purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
