1. Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service after your trial converts to a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge.
- Service unavailability: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) due to issues on our end during a billing period, you may request a prorated refund for that period.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
- Renewals after the initial billing period
- Dissatisfaction due to third-party service issues (Google API outages, Slack outages, etc.)
- Failure to set up the Service correctly despite available documentation
- Change of mind after the free trial has been completed
- Partial month usage — subscriptions are billed monthly and access continues until the end of the billing period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@ninjalens.net with the following information:
- Your purchase email address
- Your order number (from your LemonSqueezy receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
